Take a break! Maybe you can’t jet off to the beach right now, but you can close your eyes and imagine you’re there. And while you’re at it, get up and walk around - wherever you are - in the office, at home, whatever you’re doing, don’t just sit there. Sitting for more than twenty minutes can be harmful to your health! Maybe you’re saying, “I’m right in the middle of an important project and I have to remain focused.”
