Swinging Along

There's a song by that title that I used to sing while gliding through the air on the rope swing under the locust tree in the side yard of my childhood home. The first line goes, "Swinging along. Singing a song. Wearing a smile that's long as a mile." Sometimes when I feel distressed, I visualize that swing and hop right on, singing that song and wearing a smile.
